Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at any time. Cancellation fees apply based on the time remaining until your tour departure date.

More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus processing fee (5%)
15-30 days before departure: 50% refund
Less than 15 days before departure: No refund

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method. Please contact us at support@jd-travel.org for any refund inquiries.
